TÍO PELÓN’S SALSITA SQUAD

Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions Agreement

By submitting the Tío Pelón’s Salsita Squad Ambassador sign-up form, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

a. Ambassador Participation

By participating in the Tío Pelón’s Salsita Squad Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”), I agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If I am under the age of 18, I must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. By participating, I affirm that I have obtained such consent.

Parents or guardians of participants under 18 are responsible for overseeing their child’s participation, including social media activity and promotional conduct. Participants and their parents or guardians agree to indemnify and hold Tío Pelón’s Salsita, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Program.

By agreeing to these terms, I take full responsibility for my online activity and any representations I make while participating in the Program.

I understand and agree that:

• I am not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative of Tío Pelón’s Salsita, Inc.
• I do not have authority to act on behalf of the company.
• I cannot incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

Participation in this Program does not create any employment relationship.

b. Ambassador Commitments

As a Tío Pelón’s Salsita Squad Ambassador, I agree to promote and represent the brand in alignment with its values of community, quality, culture, and integrity.

I agree to:

• Share brand messaging across my social media platforms.
  • Create and share original photo and/or video content featuring Tío Pelón’s products.
  • Tag and use official brand hashtags (e.g., #TioPelonsSalsita, #SalsitaSquad, #SATXMade).
  • Maintain a high standard of content quality in visuals, tone, and messaging.
  • Represent the brand positively at in-store demos, community events, and activations (if applicable).

All content must:

• Be respectful, culturally sensitive, and aligned with the brand’s values.
• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or imagery.
• Comply with all social media platform guidelines and FTC disclosure rules.

c. Ambassador Agreement & Content Rights

When tagging Tío Pelón’s Salsita, Inc. or using official campaign hashtags, I grant the company permission to repost, reuse, and repurpose my tagged content for marketing purposes including:

• Social media
• Website
• Email campaigns
• Digital advertising
• Printed materials

I understand:

• I will not receive additional compensation for the use of tagged or submitted content.
• Compensation is limited to commission-based earnings tied to my unique promo or affiliate code (if applicable).
• Orders placed without my assigned code will not be credited to my account.
• Only one affiliate code may be used per order.

I agree:

• Not to sell company products on unauthorized websites, marketplaces, or retail establishments without written approval.
• Not to reproduce the company’s trademark, logo, packaging, or marketing materials without written consent.
• Not to share confidential information, including product launch details, wholesale pricing, or internal materials.
• Not to misrepresent gifted products as paid sponsorships. Gifted products must be disclosed appropriately and transparently.
• Not to speak negatively about the brand publicly. Concerns must be addressed directly with the company.

I will treat fellow ambassadors with respect in all communications. Bullying, harassment, or misconduct will result in removal from the Program.

Failure to uphold these standards may result in immediate removal and termination of affiliate privileges.

If I voluntarily leave the Program, any previously shared or tagged content may remain in the company’s marketing database.

To remain active in the Program, I must:

• Post consistently
  • Engage with the brand community
  • Generate at least one qualifying sale per month (if participating in commission-based program)

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify this agreement at any time.

d. Tío Pelón’s Salsita Commitments

Tío Pelón’s Salsita, Inc. agrees to:

• Provide each Ambassador with a unique promotional or affiliate code (if applicable).
  • Offer a commission percentage per qualifying sale (percentage and structure subject to change at company discretion).
  • Issue payouts monthly, provided minimum thresholds are met.
  • Provide one welcome package or starter kit (at company discretion).
  • Potentially offer performance-based bonuses, rewards, or recognition.

If the Program is terminated by the company, ambassadors will receive written notice (minimum 15 days where feasible) and any outstanding qualifying payouts will be processed prior to termination.

The company retains the right to:

• Modify the Program structure.
• Adjust commission rates.
• Remove an ambassador at its sole discretion.
• Discontinue the Program at any time.

Ambassadors removed for violation of terms forfeit pending commissions.

e. General Terms

Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice (email acceptable).

Participation in this Program does not create employment, partnership, or agency status.

The Program may be altered, paused, or discontinued at any time.

By submitting the Ambassador application, I confirm that:

• I have read these Terms and Conditions.
• I agree to comply fully.
• I understand the commission structure and content usage rights.
• I agree to the company’s privacy policy.
