Our friend James from Brushfire Farms created this delicious pasta recipe using our Tio Pelons Cremosa Salsita
Ingredients:

- Fresh fine grated parmesan reggiano
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Butter
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Basil
- Handful of cherry tomatos sliced long ways
- 1/2c Tio Pelons Salsita Cremosa
- 1/2c Mexican Sour Crema, we like Mi Tienda Brand
- Salt to taste
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water to make sauce later.
In a separate pan heat butter or oil add in your minced garlic and saute.
Once garlic is cooked, blister your cherry tomatoes in the same pan.
To your pan, make your sauce by adding in Tio Pelons Cremosa, mexican crema, and a few tablespoons of the pasta water.
Finally, add in your chopped basil and pasta to your pan and let the flavors come together in the pan.
Before you serve shave some fresh parmesan reggiano over the dish and enjoy!
